Really painful to search a course. Why it is not possible to put a course name?

App cant locate Canadian courses in Ontario. They should be made available without having to request every single course as other top range finder apps do.

Great app, easier than most on the battery life, although I had to plug in my b-up battery xtender on the 12th hole. My phone is only 2 months old but I did not turn off the Bluetooth or 3G as they sugguest. I am going to part with the 20 bucks for the pro version and LIFETIME updates:) Takes only about 10seconds to d-load a course to your phone. save it then have a great round :):)

App worked great until 5th hole...yardage information would not load. Support section not helpful. Rating not accurate as I would like it if it worked for 18 holes!

For some reason the Golf app keeps popping up on my Pebble even though I kill this app. After todays PebbleOS update my watch keeps crashing to recovery mode. After 3 reloads of the OS & crashes I deleted the FreeCaddie app from my phone and now my watch is fine. Coincidence? I think not!

Have always liked this app. Though after the recent update, I loaded the Charbonneau Green course in Wilsonville OR and the yardage didnt match up on any hole. Looked like the wrong course. Couldnt find the Red or Yellow courses there to compare. Great app for most courses.

You get ads at the wrong times. Cant opt out even after purchasing upgrade.

Works decent. Two complaints thus far. In iOS, location services is either "always" or "never". When its on always it drains the battery. Would be nice to have it set to "when app is in use". Other complaint is ads still come up even when purchased and they come up in the most odd moments.

Ive used Freecaddie for many years and have liked recent updates except for them using your location ALL the time. This is typically used for selling to 3rd parties for sending promotions. Its really disappointing. I will not be using this app any longer.

So frustrated with my paid (upgraded) version of "FreeCaddie" today. Besieged by 14 robocalls while the GPS was on for the app. Thats just wrong during a round of golf. Suggest you look @ other apps

Have used for years after having a sky caddie and upro it is the most simple and easy to use golf gps app. Highly recommend

This is the best app of its kind. I added 2 of my favorite courses on their website and downloaded them to my iPhone in minutes. This is great!

The Free Caddie saved me stokes and it will for too.

Neat that you can add a course yourself online.

So far Ive played three of my favorite courses and its preformed flawlessly I cant say enought about this app, And its free ! Dont waste your time on those others this is the one you want.

Looks are good. I played one of the courses today and the yardages were not even close. 15 yards off at least. On one hole I stood in the center of the green and it said I was 21 yards over the back. Get what you pay for I guess.

If your a golfer this is the best free app by far! with this gps app you can play ANY golf course you want. If the course is not in there database you can go to there website and map out 18 holes in about a half hour and its instantly playable!!! Sweet. Depending on who mapped the course this program can be dead on! I just map the courses myself to make sure its done correctly.

Are you kidding me?? Free, accurate, & very easy to use. I mapped my home course in less than 15 minutes and the yardages were right on the money!
